Project Sponsors: Executive/Senior Management who is the stakeholder of this project.
Project Owner: Project Manager/Primary Contact of Zeon involved in the execution of the project. Liaison between stakeholders and Zeon.
Program Manager: Owner of the project, liaison between Client and Zeon development team. Responsible for status reporting, setting up project procedures, protocols, etc.
Solutions Architect: Responsible for all design, development & QA activities. Primary technical contact for development team and leads the sprint execution.
Project/Tech Lead: Program Manager's counter part and liaison between Zeon US and development & QA team. Responsible for all design, development & SQA activities and lead the sprint execution.
Development and SQA Resources: Responsible for implementation of functionality according to specifications & tasks assigned by project lead.
Software and Database Architect: SMEs to assist project teams as needed for design, implementation, & QA. Participates in code reviews, & complex technical discussions.
